SHIPPING TIME

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If items are "In-stock" they are generally delivered within 5-10 business days from your purchase date. International orders can take 10-15 days depending on customs. Most orders will be shipped via usps or ups.

SHIPPING RATES

Duke cannon charges our wholesale partners a flat rate shipping fee between 10 and 15%. Most open stock items are charged at 10% and bundles at 15% for shipping and handling. For some merchandise additional fees may apply. In such situations, these fees will be noted before your transaction is complete in either the product description and/or the checkout process. If you would like special arrangement such as shipping on your own account or expedited delivery, please email wholesale@dukecannon.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Duke cannon ships to everywhere in the world except for North Korea. We may at any time choose not to ship to France, as well.

RETURNS

Damaged or defective product must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by a duke cannon representative.
